2 suspects arrested in Fraser St. shooting while 3rd is unknown.

Kingston police say they arrested two of the three suspects allegedly involved in the Fraser Street shooting. The third, seen here wearing a grey hoodie, is still at large.

There were 3 suspects in the Fraser St. shooting in Kingston, Ontario. The incident happened on January 29th 2019 when 3 men attempted to break into a building on Fraser St. They were unsuccessful at breaking into the building which led them to shoot through two windows, one being a child’s bedroom.

Two of the three suspects were arrested on February 1st 2019 in Brockville, Ontario. The Kingston Police arrested a Brockville man by the name of Everett Timothy Telgen and Jeffrey Burtch from Perth, Ontario. Everett Telgen was charged with two counts of attempted murder, four counts of reckless discharge of a firearm, three counts of possession of a firearm while prohibited, possession of a firearm without a licence, having his face disguised to commit an offence, break and enter and breach of probation. While Jeffrey Burtch was charged with two counts of attempted murder, four counts of reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a licence, having his face disguised to commit an offence, break and enter, and breach of probation.

The third suspect is still unknown. Was seen wearing a grey hoodie in the surveillance footage on the night of the shooting.
