4th suspect arrested in connection to Kingston shooting

Kingston and Brockville Police took part in a raid at a home on a Perth St. in Brockville on Thursday morning, looking for a man in connection with a shooting incident in Kingston.

On Tuesday, January 29, three men pounded on a Fraser St. apartment door around 3:00 a.m. demanding money. Before they drove off shots were fired from outside the building towards an apartment window where a child was inside. No one was injured during the shooting.

Three men have been arrested and charged with attempted murder, 53-year-old Everett Timothy Telgen from Brockville, as well as 31-year-old Jeffrey Burtch of Perth. The men were taken into custody in an apartment in Brockville on Friday, January 1.

On Monday of this week, police arrested 30-year-old Joseph Ferguson from Brockville. He is facing several charges including two counts of attempted murder, along with attempt robbery, and attempt break and enter.

Kingston Police Detective Sergeant Jay Finn confirmed they were looking for a fourth suspect in the building on Perth St., near Pearl St.

Update: Joe Wilson was just arrested in connection to the Kingston Shooting and is the 4th suspect in that incident that happened on January 29th.
