Firearm discharged in neighbourhood dispute, according to Kingston police

Kingston Police as well as some help from the O.P.P are still investigating the discharge of a firearm which took place Saturday afternoon on Conacher Dr.

The dispute involved two males. Neighbours in the area say Kingston Police were called to the scene at around 12:14 p.m. after a resident heard a dispute outside one of the townhouse units at 312 Conacher Dr.

Bystanders state that a male allegedly pointed a firearm at another, and then pointed the gun in the air, discharging it. The male suspect then left the scene, according to Kingston Police Media Relations Officer Ash Gutheinz.

The suspect remains at large. More details to come.
