Local woman selling masks to raise money for food bank

In a time where we all need to support and help one another out, local Michaelann Wright is doing just that. Professional mother, spouse and housekeeper has been keeping busy in lockdown by making masks for people in the community. These masks are not FDA approved and they do not replace the N95 masks, but lots in the community are buying.

The triple layered with 2 layers of cotton with flannel in between masks are selling for $7 each. With all her hard work she is now giving the Athens Food Bank $1000 from the profit being earned. Michaelann has lots of fabric and material left for more masks and will be continuing to sell them. You can contact her on facebook to buy your own or to show your appreciation to what she is doing for the community in a time of need.
