A youth was recovering in hospital Monday after being stabbed during a fight on on Bank Street Sunday afternoon.
Ottawa police officers were called to Tim Hortons on Bank Street near Cooper Street at 12:42 p.m. where the youth had sought help.
The victim, 16, reported he’d been in an argument with a person who was unknown to him that turned into a physical fight. When he walked away from the fight, he realized he’d been stabbed.
The boy’s life was no longer in danger and his condition was listed as stable Monday morning.
No arrests have been made, police said.
