The whole thing sucks, right down to the feeling that there has to be an us and them…It’s almost like propaganda to pit us against each other. The solution for growth is to embrace each other and Westernize their kids. They’re here growing up, soon they’ll vote, everyone has freedom of religion, but just remove the terrorist part. As long as we fight each other, we’re vulnerable to terrorism.
The following is a definition for terrorism; by that definition, we need to put some thought into who the terrorists are. “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.” (not sure who quoted). I felt sorrow and hate when I saw this post; let that sink in, a happy family and for a fleeting second, I saw their joy and felt hate.
I feel ashamed. It’s wrong. We’re creating our reality through thought. I usually have a much harsher view on this, and I’m having an epiphany that that’s not the answer. I hope all of our children will all be better people than their parents.
We should be mad at the people allowing any Canadian Citizens to live like they are in a second world country. We have multiple charities to provide relief and support to people in other countries; and that’s fine, we should, but we should take care of ourselves first. One of the first principles of protecting others is if you don’t take care of yourself first, you can’t take care of others.
